DIN Rail mounting
Our controllers

Brookwood Design makes 2 motion controller boards: the ultra fast Teensy 4.1 based T41U5XBB and the economical (but still fast) RP23CNC. This page discusses mounting them using our 35 mm DIN Rail hardware.

As you can see from the above drawing, the PCB is attached to the brackets on either side via small screws - either M3 6 mm or US 4-40 1/4" screws. The PCB+bracket assembly then snaps onto a standard 35mm DIN Rail. Release is easily done with a small screwdriver.
